It's Fast... It's Easy... (What's not to like?)
Here's how it works!
- On the same day you request service, we ship a foam-padded shipping box. Simply pack your computer in the box, affix the included label, and ship to us.
- Once your computer is received, we diagnose the problem ($45.00) and contact you with an estimate.
- You can approve our estimate over the phone or internet, and we get right to work on your computer.
- Upon completion of the work and payment (credit card or PayPal), we ship your computer right back to you.
Terms of Service
By using The Computer Fixer Ship-In Service, you agree to the following:
- Diagnostic fee of $45 ($95 for Express Service)
- Pay cost of shipping your computer to The Computer Fixer
- Approval of estimates equal to or less than $125.00
- Payment to The Computer Fixer before computer is returned
- Waranty and loss of data
